Thomas Wagner – Managing Principal

Tom’s career has been focused on building strategies for effectively recruiting, retaining, and leveraging talent for organizations across the country, and since the late ‘90s Tom has been providing healthcare and professional service organizations with recruitment strategy consulting as well as retained and contingent search services.

Prior to RSG Talent, Tom spent more than 13 years with Ernst & Young LLP completing his tenure as National Director of HR for Ernst & Young Consulting – a 6,000 person “Big Six” consultancy. In that role, his innovative leadership resulted in many “firsts” including, the first variable compensation program, the first practice wide campus relations program, and the first competency based staffing and development program for management consulting.

Tom has a BA from George Washington University and an MA from Rutgers University. He is past president of the Employment Management Association Foundation, and a member of the Human Resources Planning Society, the International Association of Professional and Corporate Recruiters, Society of Human Resource Professionals and World at Work.

 

 

Zak WrightZak Wright – Managing Principal

Zak has focused his ten year career in retained and contingent search, recruiting and retention strategies, and HR policy development. Over that time, Zak has led mid and senior-level searches within the healthcare, interactive marketing, and professional services industry. These searches have been performed for a top 3 US employer-based health and benefits consulting firm, a national leader in ambulatory surgery center management and development, and one of the largest health data warehousing consultancies in the country amongst others.  In addition, Zak has assisted clients with the development of full life-cycle recruiting strategies.

Prior to RSG Talent, Zak worked for a local boutique consultancy in Cleveland and also as an Executive Recruiter for a national interactive marketing agency.

Zak earned a BA and MA from the University of Dayton where he graduated with honors.

 

 

 

 

SC Bio PicSara Cikalo – Principal

Sara has concentrated her 18 year career on talent research, talent acquisition process and compliance, recruitment and executive search.  While the majority of her career has been focused in professional services, she has also completed search work within the manufacturing, retail and healthcare industries.  Sara has been directly involved in managing search assignments spanning associate to director and practice leadership levels across a variety of practices and functional areas.

Prior to joining forces with RSG Talent, Sara served as a search consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, as well as two of the top six professional services firms.  Earlier, she managed regional recruitment efforts for one of the Big 4, built an in-house talent research function at Arthur Andersen and was an executive search consultant at one of the nations largest retained executive search firms.  Sara’s career began at one of the largest financial institutions in the nation supporting the executive recruitment function and creating recruitment process design and training programs.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.   She is active in her community and is committed to volunteering to a number of causes.
